TLP - Total Loss Protection
TLP – Total Loss Protection provides financial assistance to the consumer when their car is stolen or totaled.
TLP (Total Loss Protection) provides financial assistance to the consumer in one benefit package if the vehicle is stolen and not recovered, or recovered but deemed a constructive total loss, or if the vehicle is deemed a total loss due to a collision.
TLP highlights include:
- $5,000 Unrecovered theft benefit pays a $2,500 benefit to the customer and $2,500 credit towards the purchase of a replacement vehicle if purchased through the selling dealer
- $1,000 Recovered theft benefit pays up to $1,000 of the customer’s primary comprehensive deductible
- $2,500 Collision benefit provides a credit towards the purchase of a replacement vehicle through the selling dealer if the vehicle is deemed a total loss due to an accident.
- $2,600 trip interruption benefits package
- $50 emergency roadside assistance due to a collision
