Questions about your contract?

I would like to cancel my contract, what do I do?

To cancel your contract, please contact your selling dealership, who will assist you in this process. You may be required to pay a cancellation fee which is identified in your contract.  In the event you cannot reach the dealership, call AAGI at the number listed on your contract. Any refund to which you are entitled will be paid to you by your dealership or AAGI.

How can I get a copy of my contract?

Please go to the Contact AAGI tab, at the top right corner of this website, and in the drop down box select Copy of Contract. Please complete the form and select submit, or call AAGI at (888) 442-2886, and select option 3 to talk to a customer service representative.

Is my contract still in effect or has my contract expired?

Please contact AAGI at (888) 442-2886, and select option 3 to talk to a customer service representative.

How do I transfer my contract when I sell my vehicle?

Your vehicle service contract may be transferred upon the sale of your vehicle to an individual (dealers are not eligible), and if certain conditions are satisfied within thirty (30) days of the change in ownership. A transfer fee may apply. Follow the instructions in the transfer section of your vehicle service contract, or call AAGI at (888) 442-2886, and select option 3 to talk to a customer service representative.
