How do I start a claim?
In the event of a breakdown, take your vehicle back to the selling dealer, if at all possible. If not possible, take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility approved by the administrator. You should contact the administrator at (888) 442-2886 for assistance in locating an approved repair facility. PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY REPAIRS ARE PERFORMED.
How can I get roadside assistance?
Emergency Roadside Assistance is available throughout the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call Road America Motor Club at (800) 944-9809 for assistance.
Which repair facility can I take my vehicle to?
We recommend that you return to your selling dealership for all of your service needs if at all possible. However, if you need to use an alternative repair facility, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility.
How is my claim paid?
AAGI can pay the repair facility directly by check or credit card. AAGI will also reimburse you by check if you choose to pay for any authorized repairs.
