About AAGI

Customer Information

How Do I Start A Claim?

While any dealer or licensed repair facility will perform service, we recommend that you return to the selling dealership because of their knowledge of your vehicle and their personal interest in you as a customer. If you find yourself out of the area or have moved, visit any dealership or licensed repair facility.

Please instruct the dealership or repair facility to call AAGI at the phone number listed on your vehicle service contract before any repair or teardown is done, and obtain an authorization number. Provide the repair facility with a copy of your vehicle service contract. PRIOR AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING PERFORMED. If a breakdown occurs after normal business hours, you will be directed to our after-hours phone number to contact a representative and receive a reference number related to your repair.

If your vehicle is still under a manufacturer's warranty, return the vehicle to a manufacturer's authorized dealer.

Which Repair Facility Can I Take My Vehicle To?

We recommend that you return to your selling dealership for all of your service needs if at all possible. However, if you need to use an alternative repair facility, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility.

How Is My Claim Paid?

AAGI can pay the repair facility by check or credit card. AAGI will also reimburse you by check if you choose to pay for the repairs.

How Do I Transfer My Contract When I Sell My Vehicle?

Your vehicle service contract may be transferred upon the sale of your vehicle to an individual (dealers are not eligible), and if certain conditions are satisfied within thirty (30) days of the change in ownership. Follow the instructions in the transfer section of your vehicle service contract, or call AAGI at (888) 442-2886, and select option 3 to talk to a customer service representative.

How Do I Cancel My Contract?

To cancel your contract, please contact your selling dealership, who will assist you in this process. You may be required to pay a cancellation fee which is identified in your contract. Any refund to which you are entitled will be paid by your dealership. In the event you cannot reach the dealership, call AAGI at the number listed on your contract.

What If I Have Additional Questions?

If you have not found an answer to your question, please call the number on your contract, and our customer service department will be happy to help you!
